Storage and Cleaning

To avoid tool damage or compromise of the tool's
insulation barriers: clean the housing with a damp cloth
and mild detergent after every use. Dry completely and
fully retract the ram. Place the tool in the carrying case
and store in a cool dry place. Do not use the carrying
strap to hang or suspend tool. Avoid dropping the

Service and Maintenance

If damage to tool's housing or Tri-Barrier Insulation
Collar is observed or suspected, or if hydraulic oil has
leaked from the tool, do not use the tool. Tool safety
could be compromised. Return tool immediately to
Greenlee at 800-435-0786 for warranty service or repair.
Proper maintenance of the tool including periodic
replacement of the tool's Tri-Barrier Insulation Collar
componentry is required.
On the earlier of either 2 years or 5,000 cycles, Factory
Service of the tool must be completed. Factory
Service includes replacement of tool's di-electric
hydraulic oil, replacement of tool's Tri-Barrier Insulation
Collar componentry and di-electric testing of tool
by trained technicians as well as general review of
mechanical function.

Notes
The Tri-Barrier Insulating componentry must be
replaced by Greenlee factory technicians every
two years. Failure to replace Tri-Barrier Insulating
componentry may result in personal injury or damage.
