Abhilfe: Überprüfung durch Fachmann.
Das Gerät kann nach erfolgter Abkühlung durch ma-
nuelles Zurückstellen des Temperaturbegrenzers wie-
der in Betrieb genommen werden. Bei wiederholtem
Ansprechen des Temperaturbegrenzers ist die
Ursache durch einen Fachmann abzuklären.
– Anormale Geräusche können die Folge von ausge-
laufenen Lagern oder gelockerten Schraubver-
bindungen von Geräteteilen sein.
– Vibrationen und Schwingungen können ihre Ur-
sache in einem unwuchtigen u.U. mit Schmutz be-
aufschlagten Laufrad oder in der Einbausituation
haben.

HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
Ein bestimmungsfremder Einsatz ist nicht zulässig. Der
Gebrauch von Zubehörteilen, die nicht von Helios
empfohlen oder angeboten werden, ist nicht zulässig
und führt im Schadensfall zum Gewährleistungsverlust.
Wenn die vorausgehenden Ausführungen nicht beach-
tet werden, entfällt unsere Gewährleistung und Be-
handlung auf Kulanz. Gleiches gilt für abgeleitete
Haftungsansprüche an den Hersteller.

FAULTS CAUSING THERMAL OVERLOAD
TRIPPING
A too high temperature in the inside of the space
heater causes the thermal overload cut out to switch
off the heater. This can have the following causes:
– Low air volume due to restricted air flow.
Remedy: Ensure clear intake air and extract air
cross-section and that there is the required di-
stance to wall, ceiling and objects.
– Reduced performance due to dirt build-up or stiff
bearings.
Remedy: Clean or replace the bearings as requi-
red.

After cooling down, the thermostat can be ma-
nually reset by pressing the red button. The space
heater is ready for operation. If the thermostat trips
again, investigations to find the cause should be
carried out.
– Abnormal noises can be caused by worn bearings
or loosened screw connections of space heater
parts. Check all screws and tighten and replace
the bearings as necessary.
– Excessive vibrations caused by an unbalanced or
dirty impeller or due to the inlet or outlet conditions.
Clean the impeller or have it rebalanced as neces-
sary.

If the preceding instructions are not observed all war-
ranty claims are void. The Helios warranty is limited
to the material and workmanship of the product.

If installed correctly and used for its intended purpose,
the product complies with applicable European stan-
dards and regulations at date of manufacture.

Lors de la mise en place, il faut empêcher la trans-
mission des vibrations de l'appareil. A cet effet, il est
par exemple possible de prévoir (sur site) des pièces
antivibratiles en caoutchouc.
Le montage ne doit s'effectuer que conformément
aux schémas. Respecter impérativement les indica-
tions de distances minimum entre mur et plafond.
Pour votre sécurité, cette série d'appareils a fait
l'objet de contrôles par plusieurs organismes de
sécurité, dont les sigles figurent sur l'étiquette.
Les distances minimales doivent être respectées
(cf. image 3).
Un déclenchement du thermostat de sécurité signale
une température trop élevée à l'intérieur de l'appareil
et peut avoir les origines suivantes:
– Un passage d'air insuffisant en raison d'un flux

L'appareil peut être remis en service, après refroidis-
sement, par réarmement manuel du thermostat de
sécurité. En cas de déclenchement intempestif du
thermostat de sécurité, en faire rechercher la cause
par un professionnel.
