Remove the skewer
from the block by
loosening the nut.
Set the bicycle forks
onto the skewer.
Periodically check the attachment hardware and tighten if needed. Lubricate skewer occasionally.

BlockHead attaches securely to flat
surfaces. Recommended Mounting
Hardware includes 1/4" (6mm) bolts or
screws, fender washers, and locking nuts.
Use the template below to
scribe two drilling points.
• Use 1/4"
(6mm)
mounting
hardware.
• Always check handlebar
clearance before attaching
block.
With lever open, tighten nut until the lever
closes with some resistance.

Check the template against the block before drilling.

the nut as needed
forks can move out of the skewer,
so that lever
closes with some
slightly. Close lever again with firm
resistance.
