Mit dem Kauf eines original AIRTEC-Produktes haben Sie uns
Ihr Vertrauen geschenkt. Besten Dank.
Das
Gerät
(Werkzeug/Maschine)
hat
Qualitätsprüfung bestanden und bei bestimmungsgemäßem
Gebrauch übernehmen wir für die Dauer von 12 Monaten
(Garantiezeit) die Garantie.
Beim Einsätzen in mehreren Schichten verkürzt sich diese
Frist um die Hälfte.
Für Garantieansprüche
ist der abgestempelte
Garantieschein der AIRTEC-Kundendienststelle
zu
übergeben.
Ohne
Garantieschein
Anspruch.
Garantiebestimmungen
Alle, während der Garantiezeit auftretenden Funktionsfehler,
die
nachweisbar
auf
Fertigungs-
oder
zurückzuführen sind, werden entweder durch Nachbesserung
beseitigt
oder
es
folgt
kostenlose Ersatzlieferung
schadhaften Teile nachdem wir die Notwendigkeit festegestellt
haben . Die unentgeltlich ersetzten Teile werden der AIRTEC
zur Verfügung gestellt und gehen in unser Eigentum über.
Der Garantieanspruch entfällt bei:
Gebrauchsbedingtem Verschleiss
Übermässiger, unsachgemässer Beanspruchung
Verschmutzung, falschen Netzanschluss
Mangelhafter Wartung, fehlerhafter Überwachung
Beschädigung, Unfällen
Verwendung von anderen als AIRTEC-Originalteilen und
Eingriffen von dritter Seite.
Weitergehende
Verpflichtungen,
Schadenersatzansprüchen, anfallende Kosten für
Hin-
und
Rücktransport
ins
Werk
Kundendienststelle, Verpackungsauslagen, wie
auch eine Haftpflichtversicherung für Sach- und
Personalschäden,
Entschädigungen
Arbeitsunfall,
Geschäftsverluste
Mietaggregate während der Reparaturzeit sind
ausgeschlossen.
Bei Antriebsmotoren, Pumpen oder anderen Ersatzteilen, sind
die Garantiebestimmungen deren Hersteller verbindlich.

This
item of equipment (tool/machine) has passed an
extensive quality inspection and we are pleased to provide a
guarantee for the duration of 12 months (guarantee period),
providing the equipment is used properly, in accordance with
instructions.
Where the equipment is used in multiple-shift operation, the
guarantee period is halved.

Guarantee Conditions

Any malfunction occurring during the guarantee period which
can be traceable to either manufacture faults or defective

been replaced free of charge shall be made available to

Incorrect servicing, deficient monitoring
Damage, accidents
The use of parts other than AIRTEC parts, and interventions
by a third party

vous nous avez manifesté votre confiance par l'achat d'un
produit AIRTEC original. Nous vous en remercions.
Votre appareil (outil/machine) a passé en examen de qualité
approfondi. En cas d'usage conforme aux prescriptions
requises, il bénéficie d'une garantie de 12 mois de notre part.
En cas d'utilisation par plusieurs équipes, la durée de la
garantie est réduite de moitié.
Vous pourrez faire marcher la garantie contre

Dispositions Relatives à la Garantie
Tous les défauts de fonctionnement que pourraient se
produire la durée de la garantie et dont il est prouvé qu'ils sont
imputables à un défaut de fabrication ou de matériel sont
supprimés, une fois que nous en avons constaté la nécessité,
soit au moyen d'une réparation soit par le remplacement
gratuit des pièces défectueuses. Les pièces remplacées
gratuitement sont à la disposition d'AIRTEC et
appartiennent.
Le droit à la garantie tombe dans les cas suivants:
Usure normale
Demande exagérée et inappropriée
Encrassement, mauvais raccordement au réseau
Entretien incomplet, contrôle imparfait
Détérioration, accidents
Utilisation d'autres pièces que les pièces originales
d'AIRTEC et intervention de tiers

autres
obligations
particulier le droit à des dommages intérêts, les
frais occasionnés pour le transport aller-retour à
l'atelier

au
service
d'emballage ainsi que la responsabilité civile

dommages

matériel pendant la durée de la réparation.
En ce que concerne les moteurs de commande, les pompes
ou autres pièces détachées, les dispositions applicables pour
la garantie sont celles de leur fabricant.
