Nozzles recommended
The burner complies with the emission requirements of the
EN 267 standard.
In order to guarantee that emissions do not vary, recommended
and/or alternative nozzles specified by Riello in the instruction
and warning booklet should be used.
It is advisable to replace nozzles every year
during regular maintenance operations.

Nozzle choice
On the basis of the required output, you need to choose the noz-
zle size and carry out the suitable settings, as illustrated in
Tab. A.

Combustion head setting
The combustion head is set in factory.
The settings should be adjusted for the required rating (Fig. 18).
Set the head position by turning the adjustment screw 9)(Fig. 1)
to the value indicated in Tab. A.
• Distance between 2 graduations = 3 mm;
• 1 full turn = 1 mm.

Nozzle replacement
For the nozzle replacement, proceed as follows:
loosen the 4 screws 1)(Fig. 17) and remove the combustion
head 2);
disconnect the high voltage leads 3) from the electrodes;
loosen the screw 4) and remove the electrode-diffuser disc
assembly 5);
fix the nozzle holder 6) and unscrew the nozzle 7) using a
16-point wrench than replace it;
refit following the operations in the reverse order to the one
described above.
