Possible Causes

What To Do
• Make sure the water is installed on a level floor or counter
strong enough to support it when fully loaded.

• Press the hot dispenser button until water flows to remove
air from the hot tank.
• Turn the Cold (Blue) power switch on.
• Push the plug completely into the outlet.

• Wait 24 hours for the unit to completely cool down.
