TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem:
1. Main unit cannot receive radio control DCF-77 or MSF signals to update the clock.
2. Temperature reading of outdoor remote sensor seems too high.
3. Main unit is no longer receiving remote sensor signals or display.
4. The humidifier does not switch on in automatic mode or when the "Humidifier On/Off" key
is pressed.
5. An abnormal operation has been observed and certain functions do not work.
Solution:
1. Place the clock near a window, up and away from metal objects or electrical appliances
such as TVs, computers, monitors, etc.
2. Ensure the remote sensor is out of direct sunlight, and away from sources of heat.
3.
• In normal mode, press and hold the
key for about 2 seconds to synchronize manually
the remote sensor and the main unit.
• There may be some interference caused by electrical devices: change the sensor's channel.
• Temperature may be below -30°C.
• Batteries in remote sensor may need to be replaced.
• Move the remote sensor closer to the main unit.
• Make sure the remote sensor is away from sources of electrical disturbance.
4. Check the humidifier mode and make sure the water tank is filled with distilled water.
5. Reset the unit. If this proves to be ineffective, remove and replace the batteries in both
the remote sensor and main unit.
