OPERATING THE TOOL

METHODS OF OPERATION

1
Sequential Fire Trigger
ƒ To be used in applications where precise fastener
placement is preferred.
ƒ This trigger reduces the chances of double firing and
unintentional firing.
1
1. With your finger off the trigger, press the safety all the
way down on the surface of the material the fastener
is being driven into.
2
2. Pull the trigger firing a fastener into the material.
3. The tool will not fire again until the trigger is released
and the safety is removed completely from the
material being used.
4. To fire the next fastener, repeat the above steps.
2
ƒ Caution: do not carry tool with trigger
depressed. This could result in accidental
firing of the tool.

COLD WEATHER CARE

ƒ Do not store the tool in a cold weather environment.
Keep the tool in a warm area until beginning the work.
ƒ If the tool is already cold, bring it in a warm area and
allow the tool to warm up before use.
1. Reduce the air pressure to 60 to 80 psi (4.2 bar
4.2 kgf/cm2).
2. Remove all fasteners from the tool.
3. Connect the air hose and free-fire (blank-fire) the tool.
The lowered air pressure will be enough to free-fire
the tool. Slow speed operation tends to warm up the
moving part.
OPERATION IN HOT WEATHER
Keep tool out of direct sunlight as excessive heat can
deteriorate bumpers, o-rings and other rubber parts
resulting in increased maintenance.
