Sélectionnez le point pour la boutonnière. Réglez la

largeur et la longueur du point (selon la largeur et
l'épaisseur souhaitées). Placez le tissu sous le pied de
manière à ce que la ligne centrale du pied boutonnière
corresponde au tracé de la boutonnière effectué sur le
tissu. Abaissez le pied.
Abaissez le levier de la boutonnière et prenez soin

qu'il se trouve derrière le support du pied boutonnière
(voir illustration).
Maintenez légèrement le fil supérieur et commencez

à coudre.
REMARQUE : Alimentez le tissu manuellement et
doucement. Avant d'arrêter, la machine coud auto-
matiquement un point de renfort après avoir cousu la
boutonnière.
Merci de noter : Lors de la sélection d'un point pour la
boutonnière, le symbole
s'affiche sur l'écran pour que
vous n'oubliez pas d'abaisser le levier de la boutonnière.

Buttonhole sewing
Select the buttonhole stitch. Adjust the stitch width

and the stitch length to the desired width and
density. Position the fabric under the presser foot so
that the centerline's mark is aligning with the center
of the buttonhole foot. Lower the presser foot.
Lower the buttonhole lever, making sure it is positi-
❹
oned behind the bracket on the buttonhole foot,
as illustrated.
Lightly hold the end of the upper thread and start
❺
sewing.
NOTE: Gently feed the fabric by hand. Before stopping,
the machine will automatically sew a reinforcement
stitch after the buttonhole is sewn.
Please note: When you select any buttonhole pattern,
the LCD screen will display the figure
to lower the buttonhole lever.
Knoopsgaten naaien
Knoopsgaten naaien
Knoopsgatsteek kiezen. Stel de steekbreedte en de
❸
steeklengte in (afhankelijk van de gewenste breedte
en dichtheid). Leg de stof zo onder de persvoet dat de
markering van het midden op de persvoet overeen-
komt met de gemarkeerde knoopsgatlijn. Laat de
persvoet zakken.
Trek de knoopsgathendel omlaag en let erop dat hij
❹
achter de houder op de knoopsgatvoet komt te staan
(zie de afbeelding).
Houd het uiteinde van de bovendraad licht vast en

begin met naaien.
AANWIJZING: Leid de stof met de hand. Nadat het
knoopsgat is genaaid en voordat de machine stopt, zal
de machine automatisch een paar afhechtsteken naaien.

Let op: Bij het selecteren van een knoopsgatpatroon ver-
schijnt op het LCD-scherm het symbool
te herinneren de knoopsgathendel te laten zakken.
