12 Faults, Causes and Remedies

1. Pump does not start up although power supply is switched on:
• Check power fuse
Display HE Pumpen
• Check voltage at the pump
2. Pump settings cannot be changed:
• Reset pumps into the ex-works condition (Reset)
Disconnect pump from the power supply for this,
• To re-establish the power supply again and hold the key pressed
until all 4 LED's light up.
• After the key is released, the pump is in the as-delivered state
(highest constant characteristic curve stage) and can be re-adjusted.
3. Noises in the system:
• Vent the system
• Check pump adjustment
4. Pump is making noises:
• Vent pumps (see Page 26 and Page 28)
• Increase supply pressure or check gas volume in the expansion tank
5. Building does not become warm
• Increase setpoint value (see Page 25)
If the problem cannot be eliminated, please contact a heating specialist.
