OFTWARE
The following steps apply to the Windows® 7 operating system:
Step 1
1.
Connect the NEXT NXT-1 to a router, such as the
NET-Switch from Chauvet Professional.
2.
Connect the router to a computer.
3.
Verify the network with the NEXT NXT-1 is
connected to the computer.
Step 2
1.
Set the protocol mode on the NEXT NXT-1 to
Only ArtNet. (see Protocol Configuration)
2.
Set the IP Mode to Static. (see IP Mode)
3.
Set the Net to 0. (see Net Address)
Step 3 On the computer, open the Network and Sharing
Center (through the Start Menu, the Control Panel, or
the Network icon on the right side of the Taskbar).
Step 4 Select the network which the product is connected to
by clicking the blue text that corresponds to that
network on the right side of the window.
Step 5 Click Properties on the Status window that pops up.
