TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
The film pack cannot
be loaded, or cannot be
loaded easily.
The film cover cannot
be ejected.
The film cannot be
ejected to the end.
The film pack cannot be
ejected.
Printed pictures
Problem
The correct date is not
printed.
Part or whole finished
print is white.
The picture is blurred.
A black line is printed
on the bottom of the
finished print.

Possible Causes
① The fi lm pack is not for your camera.
② The fi lm pack is not being loaded
correctly.
● The camera cannot recognize the
fi lm pack.
● The camera shakes or has been
dropped and the fi lm has become
misaligned.
① The camera shakes or has been
dropped and the fi lm is misaligned.
② The fi lm has been jammed.
Possible Causes
● The date setting is not correct.
● The back cover was opened before
you used up all the fi lms.
① Pressure was applied to the picture
immediately after it came out from
the printer.
② The picture did not come out easily.
● The camera shakes or has been
dropped and the fi lm has become
misaligned.
Solution
① Use FUJIFILM Instant Film "instax SQUARE" only.
(No other fi lms can be used.)
② Match the yellow line on the fi lm pack with the
yellow positioning mark in your camera.
● Remove the fi lm pack and load it again.
① Grasp the edge of the fi lm and pull it out.
② Performing another printing operation pushes
the jammed fi lm out.
① Load a new fi lm pack.
② Turn the camera off and on again. If this does not
solve the problem, remove the jammed fi lm and
load a new fi lm pack.
Solution
● Perform date setting again. (Page 26)
● Do not open the back cover until you have used
up the fi lm; otherwise, the rest of the fi lm may be
exposed and ruined for use.
① Do not shake, bend, fold, or press the print.
② Do not cover the fi lm ejection slot.
● Print the image again. If this does not solve the
problem, load a new fi lm pack.
