3 - SERTISSAGE DES CONTACTS
Le sertissage des contacts doit être effectué
en utilisant les outillages TE en suivant les
procédures définies dans les spécifications de
sertissage TE et dans le plan du contact
concerné.
4 - STOCKAGE ET MANUTENTION
DES BOBINES DE CONTACTS -
STOCKAGE DES BOITIERS
4.1. Stockage
Eviter de stocker les bobines dans un local
humide ou poussiéreux. Stocker les bobines
dans un local sec et propre dont la température
sera comprise entre 5°C et 35°C et l'humidité
comprise entre 45% et 85%.
Les bobines devront être protégées de l'action
directe du soleil. Il faut éviter de laisser les
bobines de contacts à l'air libre sans les protéger
par une feuille ou un sac de vinyle par exemple.
Quand les bobines ne sont pas utilisées pendant
une période assez longue (les contacts sont
généralement utilisables sans restriction pour une
période de 2 ans si les conditions de stockage
sont respectées), il faut les retirer de la machine
et attacher le bout de la bande des contacts sur le
bord de la bobine avec un fil fin de cuivre (fig. 5) :
4.2. Manutention
Pour soulever et transporter les bobines de contacts,
suivre les indications données ci-dessous (fig. 6).

4 - STORAGE AND CARRYING THE
REELS OF CONTACTS–STORAGE
OF RECEPTACLE AND TAB PARTS
4.1. Storage
Avoid storing the reels in a wet or dusty room.
Store the reels in a dry and clean room
whose temperature will lie between 5°C and
35°C and humidity between 45% and 85%.
The reels will have to be protected from direct
action of the sun. It is necessary to avoid
leaving the reels of contacts to outside
without protecting them by a sheet or a bag of
vinyl for example
When the reels are not used for one rather
long period (the terminals are generally
reusable without restrictions for a period of 2
years if the storage conditions are observed),
it is necessary to withdraw them from the
machine and to attach the end of the band of
the contacts on the edge of the reel with a
copper wire (fig.5) :

4.2. Handling
To raise and transport the reels of contacts,
follow the indications given below (fig. 6)
