11 - ACCOUPLEMENT DES
CONNECTEURS
Pour accoupler les connecteurs, suivre les
indications ci-dessous.
Avant de commencer l'opération d'accouple-
ment porte-clips/porte-languettes, vérifier que
les composants aient les mêmes détrompages
(couleur et mécanique – exception pour les
porte-clips neutres dans certains cas) et que le
verrouillage secondaire des boîtiers soient
activés. Vérifier que les languettes ne soient
pas endommagées.
Insérer le porte-clips dans le porte-languette en
exerçant un effort dans la direction d'insertion
jusqu'à ce que le linguet de verrouillage se
verrouille (clic sonore). Le crochet du linguet de
verrouillage doit se loger complètement dans le
trou réalisé dans le porte-languettes à cet effet.
Exercer une légère traction sur le porte-clips
pour vérifier que le boîtier ne peut pas se
désaccoupler.
Notes :
- Ne pas toucher le linguet de verrouillage des
porte-clips lors de l'accouplement (réduction
de l'effet sonore)
- Pour les porte-clips de petite taille (4 à 12
voies), il est recommandé de saisir le
connecteur entre le pouce et l'index sur les
cotés qui offrent une plus grande surface
pour les doigts.

Les porte-languettes disposent d'une zone de
fixation sur agrafe CPIO.

CONNECTORS
To mate the receptacle and tab parts follow the
instructions below.
Before starting mating operation make sure
that components have the same number of
ways, same coding (color and mechanical –
exception for neutral receptacle parts in certain
case). Make sure that secondary lock is in final
lock position. Make sure that tab contacts are
not damaged.
Insert receptacle part in tab part and exercise
a force in the direction of insertion until the
locking hook the receptacle part lock into the
tab part (audible 'clic'). The look of the locking
lance must come completely into the hole
made in the tab part for this usage. Pull lightly
on the receptacle part in the opposite direction
of mating to make sure the connector can't be
withdrawn.
Notes :
- Do not touch the locking device on
receptacle parts during mating (reduction
of 'clic' sound effect)
- For small receptacle parts (4 ways to 12
ways), it is recommended to hold the
receptacle housing between the thumb and
the index finger on the sides of housing.
It gives more surface for fingers.
