2.2 Voltage-monitoring module WAS2 VMR 3ph
The module monitors single- and three-phase voltages from
80Vac/dc to 400Vac/dc. Power is supplied via the monitoring in-
put. Relays with changeover contacts are used for the switch-
ing outputs. The operating point hysteresis is non-adjustably set
(5%) according to the upper limit of the effective range. The
three phases are separately indicated via LEDs (visible from the
front). The operating point can be set via a potentiometer acces-
sible from the front.
Functions:
Measuring 3 phases: The module measures all 3 phases up to
250Vac/dc in relation to the neutral conductor.
Measuring of one phase: The module measures one phase
up to 400Vac/dc in relation to the neutral conductor.
Setting the operating point of the upper limit value: The
upper limit value is the reference point for the settings.
Setting the operating point of the lower limit value: The lo-
wer limit value is the reference point for the settings.
Range hysteresis, small: The difference between the pickup
and release point is 10% of the upper limit of the effective range.
Range hysteresis, large: The difference between the pickup
and release point is 20% of the upper limit of the effective range.
Working current principle (Non Fail Safe): The relay picks up
when the limit value is reached.
Closed circuit current principle (Fail Safe): The relay drops
out when the limit value is reached. The relay is always powered
when in the normal status.
