parameter in turn, and then press ALARM button to confirm and
move on to the next parameter.
Note: Each step must be completed while display is flashing or
step will time-out with any changes saved.
Alarm Parameters:
• Alarm Name- Alarm 1 or Alarm2
• On time – hours and minutes
• Alarm Type (Source) –Buzzer | DAB | FM.
• Alarm Volume Level –from „5" to „32"
Arming and Disarming Alarms (Turn the alarms on and off)
1. Set the ALARM On/Off switch on the back of unit to „ON"
position to turn the alarms on, the alarm icons "
appear on the display.
2. Set the ALARM On/Off switch to „OFF" position to turn the
alarms off, the alarm icons will disappear.
Notes:
• The alarms will not be activated if the Alarm on/off switch
is set at „OFF" position, to ensure the alarm function works
properly, make sure that the Alarm On/Off switch is set at
„ON" position.
• When the alarm set time is on, the alarm will sound, quietly
at first, then gradually building up to the set volume. When
an alarm sounds, the relevant alarm icon in the display
flashes.
• To ensure the alarm function works properly, make sure that
the volume level is set at a proper position before turning off
the unit.
• If the DAB or FM alarm type is selected, the alarm will turn on
and broadcast the last channel before turning off the unit.

Snooze Function
When the alarm is activated (waking you), press the SNOOZE/DIM/
TIME SET button will stop the alarm one time, a quick glance of
„SNOOZE 9" displays and then disappears.
The alarm will sound again after 9 minutes (default nap time).

Notes:
1. Just like Digital TV there are some areas where it may still
be difficult to get a good DAB signal. The broadcasters are
constantly improving DAB coverage, so in some cases it may
be necessary to wait before some or all DAB services become
available. You can check coverage for your area.
2. You may also need to start a scan manually to update the list of
stations for one of the following reasons:
• New stations may become available from time to time.
• Stations close or can no longer be received.
• If you have poor reception of some stations causing the
audio to break up, you may wish to list only stations with
good signal strength.
