Disinfecting the whirlpool system

How often?

Disinfect the whirlpool system before using it for the first time, and then after every
tenth bath, but at least one a month and after a long period of no use.

How?

CAUTION! Chlorine bleach irritates the skin.
> Observe the safety instructions on the disinfectant.
> Do NOT bathe in the whirlpool tub while disinfecting it.
> Ensure that the room is well-ventilated during the disinfection process.
> Fill the tub with water.
> Add the chlorine bleach to the water in accordance with the manufacturer's
instructions.
> Switch on the Durapearl jets.
> Allow the water in the tub to settle for 5 minutes.
> Switch on the Durapearl jets.
> Drain the water and rinse the tub.
> Fill the tub with water again.
> Switch on the Durapearl jets.
> Drain the water.
> Repeat the process as necessary.

6.2 Sanitary-grade acrylic

Cleaning

> Clean acrylic with a soft, damp cloth.
> Use the Duravit Maintenance Set for Acrylic Surfaces for the occasional thorough
cleaning and for removing stubborn spots.
> Remove extensive soiling with warm water and a liquid detergent, dish washer
liquid or soap suds.

Damage

> Remove scratches and other surface damage with the Duravit Acrylic Surface
Maintenance and Repair Set (Art. No. 790302 00 0 00 0000).

Switch on at mains.

Switch on mains circuit
breaker.

Disconnect tub from mains.
>
Call Customer Service.
>
Press button once again.
>
Check whether the audio
source supports the A2DP
protocol.
