Applications

The SE 605H Memosens® is a coaxial 2-electrode conductivity sensor made of stainless steel.
It has a large measuring range from ultrapure water to 1000 µS/cm. The outer and inner elec-
trodes can be detached for easy cleaning and simple O-ring replacement. A temperature
detector is integrated in the sensor.
The sensor is particularly suitable for monitoring ultrapure water in the pharmaceutical
industry, food industry, and biotechnology.

Never dismantle a sensor with clamp union as
long as it is installed.
Replacing the Sensor Gaskets
1. Remove the sensor.
2. Loosen the set screws.
3. Screw off the outer electrode with the Tri-Clamp.
4. Screw off the inner electrode.
5. Replace the gasket.
6. Screw on the inner electrode.
7. Screw on the outer electrode with the Tri-Clamp.
8. Tighten the set screws.
9. Install the sensor.
