3. Installation of the rail
Each rail element has three holes. Attach
one set of screws (J) to each hole (see Fig.
4).
Lay the first piece of the rail on the gear
and weld the first nut on the gate (see Fig.
5).
Move the gate manually, checking if the rail
is resting on the gear, and then weld the
second and third nuts.
Attach another rail element next to the
previous one. Move the gate manually and
weld the three nuts as with the first rail.
Proceed until the gate is fully covered.
When the rail has been installed, make sure
that it meshes correctly with the gear.
The space between the rail and the gear should be 0.5 mm.
4. Installation of the spring limit switch block
The spring limit switch is used to accurately
stop the gate in the open and closed positions.
When the spring limit switch is reached by
the spring limit block, the gate stops in the
open or closed position. The gate will not
move even if you press the "open" or "close"
button.
Release the gear with the key (see
"Manual operation") and push the
sliding gate manually to pre-determine
the position.
Attach the block with the rail at the
sides with the screw (C) (see Fig. 7)
and lock the gear again.
