Connecting tool to the air supply
This tool is only allowed to be operated with clean, dry
compressed air with a regulated pressure (see product
specifications).
Only connect the tool to the air supply using a quick
connector.
The driver mechanism in the tool may automatically
perform a cycle when the tool is connected to the air
supply for the first time.
For this reason, connect the tool to the air supply first,
and then load the tool with fasteners.
No-mar pad and toe-nailing claw (10),
DCN 3264 (Fig. I)
The no-mar pad attached to the front of the workpiece
contact prevents damage and indentation when
working on softer wood.
The tool must be disconnected from the air supply
before the no-mar pad is removed or replaced.
The toe-nailing claw prevents slipping if fasteners are to
be driven with the tool at an angle.
Adjustable exhaust (Fig. I)
The adjustable exhaust (1) enables the operator to
rotate the exhaust in any direction required.

Loading tool with fasteners (Fig. II)
The tool's nose must point away from the operator.
It is only allowed to insert fasteners recommended for
use with this tool.
DKN 3065 Kombi (Fig. II-A):
Pull back magazine clamp (7) and secure with the aid
of the locking pin (8). Insert fasteners into the magazine
from above. Hold magazine clamp with one hand and
press the spring-loaded locking pin (8) to unlock the
magazine clamp.
Pay attention to the correct position and feed of the
fasteners!
DCN 3264 (Fig. II-B):
Press magazine catch (11) and open magazine (13). If
necessary, adjust magazine to the fasteners to be used
using nail length adjustment (12). The adjustment to the
related fastener is made by pulling and turning.
Insert coil of fasteners in the magazine. Push the first
fastener on the coil all the way to the front.
Close magazine and ensure it latches correctly.
