• You should only use the device for the applications described in this manual. Damage caused by unauthorised
use will automatically void the warranty and may lead to electroshocks, burns or short circuits.
• Connecting devices : put the power switch in the OFF position. Make sure the devices in question are also OFF.
Place the master control in the minimum position.
Remember to consult a qualified technician if necessary.
4. Installation and Operation
Connect all the stereo input sources first, then connect the microphones and the headphones. Make sure all faders are
placed in their minimum positions ("0"). Connect the stereo outputs to the power amplifier and/or tape decks.
Plug the device into an AC power source.
Note : Use shielded low-capacitance stereo cables for the RCA connections. The quality of the cables is essential for
high-quality sound reproduction.
5. Front Panel Description (see figure on page 2)
1. Input Selector
Used to select the input signal : stereo phono/mic or CD/mic.
2. Channel Level Controls
The channel level slide control can be used to adjust the individual input to obtain the desired volume of CH1-4.
3. Master Output Control
Adjusts the output levels of the master.
4. Headphone Jack
Used to plug in the headphones.
5. Rotary Phone Level Control
Used for adjusting the level of the stereo headphones.
6. Rotary Control for Monitor
This 6-position switch allows you to select the source you listen to through the headphones.
7. Power Switch
Press this switch to turn the power ON, press again to turn the power OFF. Make sure all controls are set at
their minimum position when operating this switch.
8. Hi/Mid/Low
These are the equaliser controls.
9. LED Display
Those LEDs indicate the left and right levels of the master output or CH1-4.
