HAND-HELD BLENDER
Use the hand-held blender to blend soups, fruit or to make dips, sauces or baby
food.
CRUSHER
Using the crusher, you can shred foodstuffs. Do not use any liquids or hard food-
stuffs such as ice cubes, nutmeg, grain, coffee beans, rice or spices. Chocolate
and raw meat are also unsuitable.
WHISK
Use the whisk to whip cream or egg white as well as to make mayonnaise or
dessert.
MEASURING CUP
Use the measuring cup to whip cream or egg white or to blend foodstuffs.
CLEANING BRUSH
Using the cleaning brush, you can clean the measuring cup as well as for exam-
ple bottles, smoothie containers, baby bottles et cetera.

Insert the immersion blender into the motor unit until it snaps in.

When whipping cream or egg white, check to see that you start
at a low level and then slowly shift up. When whipping, hold the
measuring cup at a slight angle.
The measuring cup has a maximum filling quantity of 600 ml. Fill
with a maximum of 300 ml for whipping, otherwise liquid can
run off the measuring cup.
