Preparation:
1. Place the egg white, fl our and breadcrumbs in three separate small bowls.
2. Cut the chicken breast fi llet into strips of roughly equal size.
3. Season the chicken breast strips with salt and pepper.
4. First roll the chicken breast strips around in fl our, then in egg white and fi nally in the
breadcrumbs.
5. Cook the chicken breast strips in the device (see "Use"):
Cooking temperature: 200°C
Cooking time: approx. 10 minutes
The cooking time may differ from the recipe depending on the size of the chick-
en breast strips. Adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time accordingly if
necessary.
Chicken Wings
Ingredients:

For the sauce:
approx. 3 tbsp.
1 tbsp.
1 tbsp.
½ tbsp.
Preparation:
1. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
2. Add the pieces of chicken unmarinated to the device (see "Use").
Cooking temperature: 200°C
Cooking time: approx. 45 minutes (mix around after 15 minutes in each case)
3. After the cooking time has elapsed, remove the chicken wings from the device and
place in the sauce.
4. Add the marinated pieces of chicken to the device again (see "Use").
Cooking temperature: 200°C
Cooking time: approx. 5 minutes
The cooking time may differ from the recipe depending on the size of the pieces
of chicken. Adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time accordingly if nec-
essary.

The chicken wings can also be placed in any other sauce, e.g. barbecue, garlic, sweet
chilli or hot chilli sauce!
