Read the instructions for each piece of electrical
equipment before you position it in the tank. Do not
connect any equipment to the power supply yet.

Fill your aquarium to half-full with water. Place a small
bowl on the gravel when filling. This prevents the
gravel from being stirred up or washed away. Now is
the time to put plants in your aquarium.
6.
When your aquarium is completely planted up, take
your hands out of the water and dry them thoroughly
before connecting the electrical equipment to the
power supply.
