To protect from moisture, apply a little silicone on the upper end of the outdoor
unit between the weather protection frame and the wall. This prevents water
running down the wall from running along the cable and into the connection
terminals of the outdoor unit.
• Connect the door opener and its voltage/power supply to the potential-free switching
contact (the two lower contacts) of the outdoor unit; see the following circuit sketch.
Never use the mains adapter of the outdoor unit of the video-door intercom for
voltage/power supply of the door opener!
The mains adapter serves only for operation of the outdoor unit!
Never switch the mains voltage via the potential-free switching contact! There
is danger to life from electric shock!
• Connect the two open cable ends of the mains adapter of the outdoor unit to the as-
sociated connection terminals; see sketch above.
Always observe correct polarity (observe plus/+ and minus/-) when connecting
the mains adapter!
The mains adapter must not be connected to a mains socket during connection!
• Check if the aerial (30) is screwed to the SMA connection (31). If required, tighten the
grooved nut of the aerial.
