Installation of the neutralisation box
Place the completely pre-assembled neutralisation box under the COB as shown. Connect the
filled siphon to the neutralisation box by inserting the plastic hose provided (200 mm) into the
inlet opening provided for it in the lid of the neutralisation box.
Warning
No hose clip may be fastened around the drain connector of the siphon!

Condensate pump
Without condensate pump
Attach the plastic hose (1000 mm) supplied with the device to the 90° pipe elbow and secure it
with a hose clip. If necessary you can loosen the 90° pipe elbow and tighten it again at an angle.
Before start-up it must be ensured that
- the granulate is horizontally distributed and the partitions are visible.
- the connecting and condensate drain hoses are correctly attached.
- the outlets of the hoses are free and not clogged up.
- all lines, screw connections and the siphon connection are tight.
- the neutralisation box is filled up with water.
- the entire length of the condensate drain hose is protected against frost.

Automatic condensate pumping station

Place the condensate pump, art. no. 20 70 665
directly at the side of the neutralisation box and
let the grommet of the 90° pipe elbow open out
directly into the inlet opening of the pump.
