Possible Cause
a) Cartridge heater and temperatur-
sensor in burner tank in-
crusted or defective
a) Feeding pump dirty
b) Strainer of the floating suction
device is clogged
c) Motor capacitor defect
d) Motor defect
a) Flame ring falsely set
b) Too much or too less compressed
air
c) To little ventilation in the heating
room
a) Correct maesuring of the

Remedy
a) Clean cartridge heater and
tempérture sensor in burner tank
or replace
a) Clean feeding pump strainer
b) Clean strainer
c) Replace motor capacitor
d) Replace motor
a) Correct measuring of the
flame ring
b) Correct gauge pressure
c) Make ventilation openings big
enough
