Note the placement of the temperature probes
To maintain the degree of protection declared for the container
"IP55", the wiring must be done with multicore cables with outer
sheath having a maximum diameter of 8 mm.
It is recommended to use shielded cables. The cables that carry
signals of temperature should not be housed close to power cables
220/380 V or near the wiring for the remote control switches:
one thereby avoids the risk of measurement errors caused by
electromagnetic interference.
Of the temperature sensors should be placed on the sections
of pipes common to the units sequenced, both the flow and the
return, possibly in straight and not near bends - the turbulence of
the fluid in the vicinity of the curves can cause inaccurate readings
or unstable temperature. In the case of units EXP temperature
probes should be installed also on the flow and return of the
recovery (secondary).
In the case of units with EXP recoveries that serve different
users (eg units serving domestic hot water of different buildings),
and therefore have no pipe sections in common recovery side
(secondary), the probes B7 and B8 are to be installed. The
system must be configured as "not sequenced Recovery" (see
Menu builder), to delegate the management of the recovery
independently to the individual units.
