Trouble shooting
7.1 System Messages
If the machine has an electronic or mechanical fault
that affects one of the functions on the tire changer, the
machine electronics immediately block the automatic
cycle and stop all moving parts.
A message appears on the display indicating the
problem that has emerged.
This is done to stop the tire and the machine from
being damaged.
If the operator can remove the problem that has caused
the machine stop they can then reset the functions
and restart the automatic cycle from where it was
interrupted.
To continue machine operation:
• Press the MANUAL key to exit the error message
view mode.
If the operator presses the MANUAL key without
having removed the cause of the error, the machine will
present the same error again. At this point you should
contact the Technical Assistance Service.
Note: We suggest you note down the error
message so you can refer to it when calling
the Assistance Service.
Note: If you need to free the wheel this can still be
done by operating the machine in MANUAL
mode.
• Press the MANUAL key a second time.
MANUAL mode is now active and so you can perform
movements using the controls proposed (see the
Control Unit & Pedal Command Unit chapters).
WARNING:
USING THE MACHINE IN "MANUAL MODE" OR
INCORRECTLY MAY DAMAGE THE TIRES, RIMS
AND THE MACHINE ITSELF.
• Turn the machine off and disconnect the electrical
power supply.
WARNING:
ONLY USE THE MACHINE WHEN IT HAS BEEN
REPAIRED.
