Cleaning or replacing filters

The tubular filter must be cleaned at least once a week.
Follow the cleaning instructions in the operating instructions for the

tubular filter.
Borosilicate filter plates must be replaced approx. every 2 weeks or
after 20 cycles have been run.
To do this, unscrew the adapter.

Unscrew the top part from the bottom part.

Remove the silicone adapter  and the filter plate  from the bot-

tom part.
Rinse out the bottom part.

Insert a new FP 20 filter plate into the bottom part. The plate must

rest fully on the ring-shaped support of the bottom part.
 Damaged or used filter plates must not be inserted under any
circumstances.
Insert the silicone adapter  into the bottom part.

Screw the top part and bottom part together.

Screw the adapter back onto the injector manifold.

Do not insert a filter plate into the holder if the injector manifold has
been fitted with an A 800 tubular filter.
