Warranty

The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact the

addresses) or your retailer.
For repair and guarantee processing, please send the following items:
• Defect components
• A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
• A reason for the claim or description of the fault

round.
The NFTS format is not
supported.
The batteries are weak or
empty.
Warranty
Remedy
Extend the aerial fully.
Check the aerial for damage
and replace if necessary.
Connect the battery cable
correctly.
Insert the USB flash drive or
memory card the other way
round.
Ensure that the USB flash
drive or memory card has the
FAT32 format.
Due to differences in formats,
some USB flash drives or
MP3 players cannot be read.
Insert new batteries (type
CR2025, 3 V).
