Deep frying tips
• Use only liquid frying oil or liquid frying fat.
• The recommended temperature for frying chips
and snacks is 175°C max.
• Remove ice and crumbs from frozen foods.
• Do not deep-fry too much at one time. This can
cause the oil or fat to cool down too much. Cooled
down oil/fat does not properly sear the surface of
the food, so that more fat will be absorbed. When
used intensively, crumbs and other debris should
be filtered out of the oil/fat.
Possible cause
Check ventilation slots on dirt and
grease and make sure there is en-
ough space around the appliance.
Temperature sensor defective.
Electrical installation is not in
order.

Fuse burns out to cut off power
Each time when the deep fryer starts, it enters into the Self-Checking stage. If no oil is found
in the oil tank,
will be displayed and the fill-oil indication lamp will blink with buzzer
alarms to alert the user to fill oil. No operation is allowed until oil is filled.
If there is any reason that leads to incorrect temperature measurement by the temperature
sensor inside the oil tank (for instance, substance stuck on the temperature sensor), the
temperature limiter at the back of the oil tank will trigger when the oil temperature is in
between 230°C~250°C. At this moment, the deep fryer cannot operate until oil temperature
falls to 190°C or lower. When the oil temperature drops (to 190°C or lower), the user can reset
the temperature limiter by pressing the button at the back of the deep fryer.
If during operation, the temperature limiter triggers frequently: contact your supplier.
If the deep fryer has been operating continuously for 3 hours without being used, it shuts off
automatically.
• Replace oil or fat in time. Use test strips or test
equipment regularly to track when oil/fat should
be replaced.
• Before oil starts to foam, smoke or gets too vis-
cous you should replace it. Also replace the oil/fat
when it has a strong smell or taste.
• Do not mix fresh oil with used oil.
Possible solution
Switch the appliance off, let it cool
off. Check the filter and clean if
necessary. Switch appliance on
again.
Contact supplier if it happens
frequently.
