Working place

Make sure the connection at the bottom.
The connection with the ground ensures a safe workplace.
Select a suitable place for the machine.
Observe the safety requirements of Chapter SAFETY, the dimensions of the machine in Chapter
technical data.
The selected place must ensure an appropriate connection to the electrical grid.
Make sure that the floor can bear the burden of the machine; the machine must rest on all bases.
You also must maintain a distance of at least 0.8 m around the machine completely secure in or-
der to guarantee a safe working environment.
12.1.3

Preparation of surfaces

Eliminate the preservative, which is applied to protect against corrosion of parts without painting. This
can be done with the usual solvents. Here no nitro solvent or similar means and use in no case water
The use of paint thinners, gasoline, harsh chemicals or abrasives for preventing physical dam-
age to the surface!
Therefore:

When cleaning use only mild detergents

Electrical connection

When working on a non-earthed machine: Serious injury due to electric shock in
the event of a malfunction possible!
therefore: Machine must be connected to a grounded outlet.

13 OPERATION

Works prior to first use

Check the screw

Check before initial operation, all screws are tightened and tighten them if necessary after.
13.1.2

Check the guard

Check that the safety cover is in perfect condition.
Beware of accidental starting of the machine! Disconnect, therefore, prior to any modifica-
tion work the machine from the mains!
