    Entfernen Sie bei unter die Schränke montierten Sockeln (Zubehör) grundsätzlich die Vorder- und Rückblende vor dem Anheben (z.B. mittels Stapler). Sichern Sie bestückte (Teil-) Montageplatten durch zusätzliche Maßnahmen, beispielsweise Sperrzahnschrauben M8 x 16 unten montiert, Art.-Nr. 3003-9500-08-16, Verwenden der Mittenbefestigung (Zubehör). Verriegeln Sie die Verschlüsse von Schwenkrahmen.

    Ein hörbares „Klick“ Geräusch jedes Rasthalters zeigt Ihnen das vollständige Einrasten an. Montieren Sie die Muttern M8 oben. Achtung: Die bestückte Montageplatte ist für den Transport zu sichern – siehe Hinweis für den Transport! Verändern der Position der Montageplatte: Lösen Sie die Muttern der Befestigungs- und Arretierwinkel so weit, dass die Mutter gerade noch auf dem Gewinde der Hammerkopfschraube sitzt. Drehen Sie den Winkel zur Demontage um 90 Grad, setzen ihn an der gewünschten Stelle ein, drehen ihn 90 Grad zurück.

    1. Intended Purpose Type H390 / H370 enclosures are designed for use on machinery and low-voltage switchgear and control-gear assemblies. They are suitable for housing electrical and mechanical components and devices for industrial application and can be mounted individually on the floor, in front of a wall or free-standing.

Safety Instructions The instructions on foreseeable misuse and residual risks as well as the special instructions and technical data specified on pages 9 to 12 of these instructions must be observed under all circumstances to reduce danger to life and limb as much as possible. Please take note of the standards and regulations applicable to your low-voltage switchgear and control-gear assembly.

    If bases are mounted underneath the enclosures (accessories), remove the front and rear covers before lifting (e.g. with a forklift). Secure fitted (partial) mounting plates through additional measures, for example ratchet screws M8 x 16 at the bottom, order number 3003-9500-08-16, use of the center attachment (accessories).

    An audible „click“ sound of each catch fastener will show you that it has completely snapped in. Mount the nuts M8 at the top. Attention: The fitted mounting plate must be secured for transport – see Instructions for transport! Changing the position of the mounting plate: Loosen the nuts of the mounting and locking brackets until they barely sit on the thread of the T-head screw.
