• Push lock-ring of the female coupler backwards and connect the male to the female coupler, for the
supply hose as well as the return hose.
• Check whether the couplers can not be pulled apart with a normal manual effort and turn the
retainer ring clockwise so that the lock ring is secured.
• Connect the dust caps together.
4.2.3 Disconnecting the High-Flow couplings
Refer to Fig. 13.
WARNING
Always make sure that the pressure relief valve is in the "neutral" position and that the pump
is switched off, before you disconnect hydraulic hose(s) from the pump.
• Disconnect the dust caps from each other.
• Unscrew the locking ring. The male coupler will be released.
• Clean the couplers and the dust caps.
• Replace the dust caps on the couplers.
4.2.4 Disconnecting the Quick-Lock
Refer to Fig. 14.
WARNING
Always make sure that the pressure relief valve is in the "neutral" position and that the pump
is switched off, before you disconnect hydraulic hose(s) from the pump.
• Disconnect the dust caps from each other.
• Turn the retainer ring on the female coupler anti-clockwise to unsecure the lock ring.
• Disconnect the quick couplers for the supply hose as well as the return hose by pushing the lock
ring on the female coupler backwards and the male coupler will be released.
• Clean the couplers and the dust caps.
• Replace the dust caps on the female and male couplers.
4.3 Industrial control valve
Since the industrial control valve is part of the system, only the operation of the valve will be explained.
4.3.1 Pressurizing the tool
WARNING
Never use damaged couplers.
Always make sure that the pressure relief valve is in the "open/release" position, never
connect the couplers if it is in the "operational" position.
Single-acting valve M311 or double-acting valve M321 - M325 (Fig. 3 to Fig. 8):
• Connect the tool to the pump using the appropriate hydraulic hoses. Refer to the manual of the
equipment being used.
• Start the pump, refer to the manual of the pump.
• Set the lever of the industrial control valve in its "operational" position or depress the lower/lift
button.
