In case you do not adhere to this instruction
manual and the safety instructions, this may result
in damage on the device and cause dangerous
situations for the operator and other people.
In case of transport damage inform vendor
immediately.
Do not direct the laser beam on
people or animals. Never look di-
rectly into the laser beam. The beams
generated by the measuring tool are rated as
class 2M laser beams in accordance with IEC
60825-1. Looking directly into a laser beam
can damage your eyes, especially when using
concave optical instruments such as binoculars
etc.
Do not use laser glasses as protective
glasses. Laser glasses help to recognize a
laser beam. They do, however, not protect you
against laser beams.
Do not use laser glasses as sun
glasses or on public roads. Laser
glasses do not provide absolute UV protection
and impair colour perception.
Do not leave children unattended
with the laser measuring tool. They
could blind somebody unintentionally.
Do not use the measuring tool in

mable liquids, gases or dust. Meas-
uring tools produce sparks that can ignite
vapours or dust.
Only use genuine Würth accessories
and spare parts. When using non-
recommended accessories, you may receive
incorrect measuring values.
