Phase 3 : Start-up

Turn off main disconnect only

Force the opening of cold stations in order to complete the load calculated in the file (Refrigerant load calculation)

Once this load is complete, disconnect the manifold

Close circuit breakers Q77 and QF2

Toggle the switch to EMERGENCY

Compressors will start after 6 and 7 minutes in emergency mode

Bring the cold stations to the set temperature until they are controlled

Toggle the system to AUTO with the switch and press RESET button

The PLC changes from "UNIT OFF by contact" to the display of the compression and condensation power at the
bottom of the screen

Your installation is in automatic mode
Phase 4: Control

Analyze compressors operation by shutting down all solenoid valves one after the other within a short time =>
Your unit must not go into low pressure default.

If you have only one or two cold stations for the whole unit, change the deactivation times to the values below:
1. Press MENU
2. Access code 0000
3. Compressors
4. Regulation
5. Scroll down the submenu to the minimum and maximum deactivation time mask

Minimum deactivation time : 3 seconds
o
Maximum deactivation time : 10 seconds
6. Enter the setting with the arrow ◄ (ENTER)
7. Return to the main menu by pressing the ESC key (normally 2x)
8. Check operation again
9. Check the absorbed current of each compressor and compare them with COPELAND software if possible
