Phase 1: Preparation and adjustments of regulating and safety devices
1. Connect your manifold low pressure side to the suction and especially on the suction filter (it is already mounted in the
filter holder),
2. Connect your manifold high pressure side to the liquid line,
3. Connect your pressure regulator gauge to the nitrogen cylinder and then to the manifold,
4. Close the two service valves of your manifold,
5. When using the DUO CU range with R-134a, R-450A or R-513A, it is necessary to change the two cartridge pressure
switches.
Procedure:
 Unscrew the two cartridge pressure switches located on the compressor discharge valve.

Both pressure switches for operation in R-134a, R-450A or R-513A (pink cable) are provided in the bag with
technical documentation.

Screw the two cartridge pressure switches dedicated to the R-134a, R-450A or R-513A on the compressor
discharge valves (Schrader located in the upper part of the valve).

Connect the cartridge pressure switches to the electrical panel.
