RESTARTING THE CONTROLLER

Switch the installation to Auto (auto/manual switch) then press the reset button.

Check the temperature-pressure relationship of the controller by doing the following

Compare values. If they don't converge, contact the PARTS & SERVICE department on (+33) 04 72 47 14 44 (3)

Check the operation of the crankcase heaters using your clamp-on ammeter=> the value must be about 0.3 A

Open the QF2, QF77 circuit-breakers and the disconnect switch in this order
Phase 2: leak control and fluid loading

Check the opening of all service valves including the main valves of the unit and all valves that may be on the
system

If your equipment is connected to heat recovery, close the bypass valve at discharge and open both service valves

Increase the low pressure to 17bar and the high pressure to 25 bar

Check that the pressures have not dropped within 24 hours

Close both valves of your manifold

Close your nitrogen cylinder and disconnect the hose from the nitrogen pressure gauge

Purge circuit pressure in the open air

Connect your vacuum meter and vacuum pump in series (the vacuum meter between your manifold and the
vacuum pump)

Bring the circuit pressure below 28 mbar, this will ensure any moisture in the system

Connect your 4th hose to the service valve of the tank separator then insert oil into the separator until the first
sight glass is filled

Close the service valve on your hose located before your vacuum meter and connect it to your fluid cylinder

Place the fluid cylinder on the scale and set the zero point

Open the service valve of the fluid cylinder

Close the LP side of your manifold

Open the service valve of your previously closed hose

Insert by HP side all the fluid that can fit in without exceeding the value calculated in the file (Refrigerant load
calculation),that is, at most the volume of the HP tank
