Inserting the battery into the machine (Fig. B, E)
Ensure that the exterior of the battery is
clean and dry before connecting to the
charger or machine.
1. Insert the battery (20) into the base of the ma-
chine as shown in Fig. E.
2. Push the battery further forward until it clicks
into place.
Removing the battery from the machine (Fig. B, E)
1. Push the battery unlock button (19)
2. Pull the battery out of the machine like shown
in Fig. E.
External dust extraction
The vacuum connection (12A) allows a vacuum cle-
aner to be attached to the machine. Also included
is a vacuum adapter (12B), which allows use of
smaller diameter vacuum pipes.
Replacing the saw blade (Fig. A, B)
When mounting the saw blade, wear
protective gloves. Danger of injury when
touching the saw blade.
Only use saw blades that correspond with
the characteristic data given in the
operating instructions.
Do not under any circumstances use
grinding discs as the cutting tool.
For replacing the saw blade, it is best to set the
depth to 0mm and set the bevel angle to 0°.
Afterwards, the machine can be placed on its side,
resting on the motor housing and baseplate.
Removing the saw blade
1. Press and hold the spindle lock (21) button.
2. Loosen the clamping bolt (15) using the hex key
provided, turning in anti-clockwise direction.
3. Remove the clamping bolt (15) and clamping
flange (16).
4. Retract the lower guard (18) by using the lever
(13) and remove the saw blade.
Mounting the saw blade
1. Clean the saw blade and all clamping parts to
be assembled.
2. Retract the lower guard (18) by using the lever
(13) and mount the saw blade. Ensure the

arrow on the saw blade corresponds with the
arrow on the upper guard (14).
3. Mount the clamping flange (16). Ensure the
flat sides of the clamping flange correspond
with the flat sides of the blade shaft. Also make
sure the convex side of the clamping flange is
mounted to the outside.
4. Press and hold the spindle lock (21) button.
5. Mount the clamping bolt (15) using the hex key
provided, turning in clockwise direction.
Attaching the parallel guide (Fig. D)
1. Loosen the wing bolt for parallel guide (10)
2. Mount the parallel guide (24) onto the basepla-
te (17).
3. Set the desired cutting width using the scale
on the parallel guide (24) and the cutting mark
on the baseplate (17). The 45° cutting mark (8)
indicates the position of the saw blade for 45°
angled cuts. The 0° cutting mark (9) indicates
the position of the saw blade for right-angled
cuts.
4. Tighten the wing bolt (10).
4. OPERATION
Switching the machine on/off (Fig. A)
• To start the machine, press and hold the lock-
off button (1) and press the on/off switch (2).
• To stop the machine, release the on/off switch
(2).
Switching the laser on/off (Fig. A)
• Press the laser switch (3) to switch the laser on
or off. The laser switch (3) also turns on the LED
worklight.
Fine-tuning the laser
Note: To test the laser function, the battery must be
inserted into the power tool.
While adjusting the laser, never activate the
on/off switch. Accidental starting of the
power tool can lead to injuries.
If the laser (5) ceases to indicate the correct
cutting line, you can readjust the laser. To do so,
adjust the laser adjustment screw (25) and set the
laser until it indicates a correct cutting line.
