5-1 ENTRETIEN JOURNALIER

Pour toute intervention débrancher la façonneuse.
Le revêtement des rouleaux laminoirs empêche toute
oxydation et tout collage, ne jamais les nettoyer avec un
grattoir en acier. Les laver à l'aide d'un chiffon légèrement
imbibé d'eau tiède.
Nettoyer le grattoir inférieur en le faisant pivoter. Sans
cela la pâte séchée risque d'abîmer ou de rayer profondément
les rouleaux.
Vous pouvez enlever les grattoirs en les poussant vers
la gauche et tout en maintenant la pression, les dégager de la
droite vers la gauche.
Pour les remettre, positionner les grattoirs dans les pointes
rétractables, puis pousser vers la gauche. Ensuite engager la
partie droite des grattoirs
veuillez à bien repositionner les ressorts des grattoirs sur les
paliers mobiles.

5-1 DAILY MAINTENANCE

For any intervention, disconnect the Moulder.
The cover of laminating rollers prevents any oxidation
and any sticking, never clean them with a steel scraper.
Wash them with a rag slightly soaked with tepid water.
Clean the lower scraper revolving it. Or the dried
dough may damage or line profoundly rollers.
You can remove scrapers by pushing them towards the
left and while maintaining pressure, loosen them of the right-
hand side towards the left.
To put them back, put scrapers in retractable points , then
push towards the left. Then open the right part of scrapers on
saw them of the right-hand side. And please well reposition
the springs of scrapers on the mobile landings.
