4) Place the closed yoghurt jars 4 in the housing 2 .
5) Place the lid 1 on the housing 2 .
6) Insert the plug into a mains socket .
7) Turn the On/Off switch 3 to the "–" position . The On/Off switch 3 lights
up .
Your yoghurt will reach the desired firmness after 10–12 hours .
NOTE
Make sure that the yoghurt is left to stand still during the maturing phase!
Do not move the appliance or any individual jars! Otherwise, the yoghurt
will not set .
8) After the maturing process concludes, switch off the appliance by moving
the On/Off switch 3 to the "0" position . The light in the On/Off switch 3
goes out .
9) Remove the power plug from the mains power socket .
10) Refrigerate all yoghurt jars 4 in order to stop the acidification process .
NOTE
You can enjoy your yoghurt on its own or add fruit, jam, chocolate
sprinkles or other ingredients . The sky is the limit!

Cleaning

Disconnect the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the
appliance .
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents . These can damage the
surfaces of the appliance .
NOTE
Clean the appliance as soon as possible after use to prevent residue from
drying . Dried residue is difficult to remove .
Clean the housing 2 and lid 1 with a dry or slightly moistened cloth .
For stubborn dirt, add a little mild detergent to the cloth .
