MOBILE TEST BENCH
CAUTION
Damage to the mobile test bench / specimen
Moist air can damage the mobile test bench or the
specimen.
– Use an air dryer or water separator to make sure
that no moist air can enter the specimen via the
compressed-air system on site.
The line fi lter prevents contamination of the mobile test bench via the air
supply facility. The fi lter is located underneath the cover plate below the
compressed-air port P
.

– Remove the 6 screws to access the line fi lter by lifting the front plate.
– Clean the line fi lter.
Frequency of maintenance work depends on how often the mobile test
bench is used.
– Connect the blue supply hose with the air supply facility and the mobile
test bench (P
).

– Connect a compressed-air hose to the compressed-air coupling C9.
– Use the precision control valve V8 to adjust the pressure until the
pressure gauge G8 indicates a pressure of 5 bar.
– Then open the switch cocks S8 and S9.
Any moisture in the mobile test bench is blown out via the
compressed-air hose on C9.
The date for the next calibration is stated on the inspection stickers on the
pressure gauges.
Calibration of the pressure gages must be carried out in compliance with
your national regulations.
