Horizontal setup
!
The calibration of the installed pressure gauges is valid for a horizontal setup
of the mobile test bench.
– Remove the mobile test bench from the packaging.
– Place the case onto a workbench so that the case cover faces upwards.
– Open the cover by means of the two metal locks.
 The cover is kept in upright position thanks to two integrated
retaining straps.
– Make sure that the switch cocks are in their normal positio.
– Now use the blue supply hose to connect the on-site compressed-air
system to the barb nipple P
 The mobile test bench is now ready for use.
Upright setup
!
The calibration of the installed pressure gauges is NOT valid for an upright
setup of the mobile test bench.
In addition to the option of a horizontal setup of the test bench on a
workbench, the test device can also be set up vertically on the workbench.
– Open the cover of the mobile test bench.
– Remove the two retaining straps (attached to the top edge of the case)
from their retaining nipples.
– Gently push the cover towards the left and remove it from the two hinges.
 Once the cover has been removed, the mobile test bench can be
placed upright onto the two plastic legs located at the lock side.
CAUTION Damage to the locks
The locks can be damaged if they are not folded
back.
– Fold the cover locks to the front before you bring
