Rademacher Geräte-Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG gibt eine

36-monatige Garantie für Neugeräte, die entsprechend der
Einbauanleitung montiert wurden. Von der Garantie abgedeckt
sind alle Konstruktionsfehler, Materialfehler und Fabrikationsfehler.
Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind:
Fehlerhafter Einbau oder Installation
Nichtbeachtung der Einbau- und Bedienungsanleitung
Unsachgemäße Bedienung oder Beanspruchung
Äußere Einwirkungen wie Stöße, Schläge oder Witterung
Reparaturen und Abänderungen von dritten, nichtautorisierten Stellen
Verwendung ungeeigneter Zubehörteile
Schäden durch unzulässige Überspannungen (z.B. Blitzeinschlag)
Funktionsstörungen durch Funkfrequenzüberlagerungen und
sonstige Funkstörungen
Innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftretende Mängel beseitigt Rademacher
kostenlos entweder durch Reparatur oder durch Ersatz der
betreffenden Teile oder durch Lieferung eines gleichwertigen oder
neuen Ersatzgerätes. Durch Ersatzlieferung oder Reparatur aus
Garantiegründen tritt keine generelle Verlängerung der ursprüng-
lichen Garantiezeit ein.

Están excluidos de la garantía:
Montaje o instalación defectuosos
No respetar las instrucciones de montaje y de manejo
Manejo o empleo inadecuados
Influencias externas como choques, golpes o intemperie
Reparaciones y modificaciones realizadas por centros ajenos no
autorizados
Utilización de accesorios inapropiados
Daños por sobretensiones inadmisibles (por ejemplo, rayo)
Fallos funcionales por solapamientos en radiofrecuencia y otros
fallos de radio
Radermacher elimina los defectos que aparezcan dentro del periodo
de garantía de forma gratuita, ya sea mediante reparación o sustitu-
yendo las piezas afectadas o suministrando un nuevo dispositivo de
sustitución del mismo valor. En caso de suministrar repuestos o
reparación por motivos de garantía, no se alarga el período de la
garantía original. Nos reservamos el derecho a realizar modifica-
ciones tenias, errores de imprenta y de omisión.

ont été installés conformément à la notice de montage. La garantie
couvre tous les vices de conception, de matériau et de fabrication.
Exclusions de la garantie:
Montage ou installation non conforme
Non observation de la notice de montage et de service
Maniement et sollicitation non conforme
Influences extérieures, telles que les chocs, coups ou intempéries
Réparations et modifications effectuées par des tiers non autorisés
Utilisation d'accessoires non conforme
Dommages causés par des surtensions (foudre par ex.)
Dysfonctionnements causés par des interférences de fréquences
radio et autres.
Rademacher élimine gratuitement les défauts et les vices qui appa-
raissent pendant la durée de la garantie soit par réparation, soit par
remplacement des pièces concernées ou par livraison d'un appareil
de remplacement neuf ou de la même valeur. Une livraison de rem-
placement ou une réparation pour des raisons de garantie n'implique
pas une prolongation générale de la durée de la garantie d'origine.

the installation instructions. All design errors, material errors, and
fabrication errors are covered by the warranty.
Not covered by the warranty are:
Incorrect installation
Failure to follow the installation and operation instructions
Inappropriate use or loading
Outside influences, such as bumps, strikes, or weather
Repairs and modifications by unauthorized third parties
Use of unsuitable accessories
Damage due to non-permissible overvoltages (e.g., lightning strike)
Functional failures due to radio frequency interactions and other
radio interference
Defects arising during the warranty period will be corrected by
Rademacher at no cost, either by repair or replacement of the
affected parts, or by supplying an equivalent or new replacement
device. The original warranty period is not generally extended for
warranty reasons by the provision of replacements or repairs.

Niet onder de garantie vallen:
Onjuiste montage of installatie
Niet in acht nemen van de montage- en gebruiksaanwijzing
Niet vakkundige bediening of gebruik
Inwerkingen van buitenaf zoals stoten, slagen of weersinvloeden
Reparaties en veranderingen door derden, niet vakkundige
werkplaatsen
Gebruik van niet geschikt toebehoren
Schade veroorzaakt door ontoelaatbare overspanningen
(bijv. blikseminslag)
Functiestoringen ontstaan door radiografische frequentie-
storingen en andere radiografische storingen
Gebreken die binnen de garantieperiode optreden, zal Rademacher
kosteloos verhelpen, ofwel door reparatie of vervanging van de be-
treffende onderdelen, ofwel door levering van een gelijkwaardig of
nieuw apparaat. Eventuele, onder de garantie vallende, vervangende
leveringen of reparaties leiden niet tot verlenging van de oorspron-
kelijke garantieperiode.
