7 Guarantee
If your Snail tape is not in order, take it down and return it to the shop you bought it from. Make
sure you have your receipt. The warranty period applies for 2 years from purchase, provided
the damage was not caused by unauthorised interventions or connecting the Snail tape to the
wrong terminal or voltage. The warranty does not apply to damage due to incorrect use, neglect
or lightning strike. The warranty does not apply if the Snail tape was not cleaned or maintained
properly.
We do not provide any warranty or pay compensation for indirect damage.
8 Maximum permitted operating conditions
Max. voltage: 10,000 Volt
Max. impulse energy: 2 Joule
Max. ambient temperature: -10/+50 degrees
Gallagher recommends using the following energizers with the Snail tape:
For connection to 230 Volt
For connection to 9-12 Volt
For connection to 6 Volt Solar power
