Problem
The steamer does not
heat up.
The steamer does not
produce any steam.
Water droplets drip
from the steamer head.

a pumping sound/the

around De-Calc door,
steam trigger and
gripping area.
Steam gets weaker
over time
Possible cause
The steamer is not
plugged in properly or not
switched on.
The steamer is not

The steamer has not
heated up sufficiently.
You have not pressed the
steam trigger fully.
The water level in the
water tank is too low.
Scales/calc are formed
inside the steamer.
The steamer head is
placed horizontally for a
long time.
Water is pumped to
the steamer head to be
converted into steam.
The water level in the
water tank is too low.
De-Calc inlet stopper is
not inserted properly.
Water tank filling door is
not closed properly

Solution
Check if the mains plug is
inserted properly and its wall
socket is working.
Check if the steamer is switched on.
Check if the mains plug is

Check if the steamer is switched on.
Let the steamer heat up for
60 seconds (steam-ready light
flashes). When the steamer is
ready for use, the light goes on
continuously.
Press the steam trigger fully for
a few seconds.
Unplug the steamer and refill
the water tank.
Perform De-Calc function
(refer to
section).
Place the steamer in an upright
position on a flat surface after
each usage.
This is normal.
Unplug the steamer and refill
the water tank.
Open the De-Calc door and
push in the De-Calc inlet
stopper. Close the De-Calc door.
Press down the filling door.
Perform De-Calc function
(refer to
section).
