Als Hersteller übernehmen wir für dieses Gerät – nach Wahl des Käufers zusätzlich zu den gesetzlichen Gewähr-
leistungsansprüchen gegen den Verkäufer – eine Garantie von 1 Jahr ab Kaufdatum.
Innerhalb dieser Garantiezeit beseitigen wir nach unserer Wahl durch Reparaturen oder Austausch des Gerätes
unentgeltlich alle Mängel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern beruhen. Von der Garantie ausgenommen
sind: Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßen Gebrauch zurückzuführen sind, normaler Verschleiß und Mängel, die den
Wert oder die Gebrauchstauglichkeit des Gerätes nur unerheblich beeinflussen. Bei Eingriffen von nicht autori-
sierten Stellen oder bei Verwendung anderer als originale Therm-ic Ersatzteile erlischt die Garantie.

The Therm-ic Supermax Powerpack carries a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This
limited warranty extends only to the original consumer who purchased the new Therm-ic Supermax Powerpack
from an authorized Therm-ic dealer.
A dated Proof of Purchase is required. Therm-ic will only replace or repair Therm-ic Supermax Powerpack com-
ponents that are found to suffer from defective workmanship or defective material. This limited warranty does
not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse; normal wear and tear; accidents that damage the
exterior appearance or color; breakage (except breakage resulting from manufacturing defects); improper dealer
service; improper dealer or consumer modifications to the product; loss of product due to improper attachment;
any normal variations in the temperature at each setting or the battery life at each setting that is caused by the
method of recharging the batteries; the conditions in which the Supermax Powerpack is used, and the tolerances
of the batteries, microprocessor, or microchip.
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered by the Manufacturer. There are no other warranties, expressed
or implied. Neither the Manufacturer nor the Distributor is liable for any incidental or consequential damages
resulting from the use or possession of the Therm-ic Supermax Powerpack. If a defect arises in the Supermax
Powerpack within the Limited Warranty period, the user should promptly return the product to an authorized
Therm-ic dealer. A dated Proof of Purchase is required. If the Supermax Powerpack or any component is replaced
or repaired, the replacement or repair is covered only for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period
dating from the purchase of the original Supermax Powerpack.

En tant que fabriquant, nous accordons pour cet appareil une garantie d'un an à dater de l'achat (à la demande
du client en complément des droits de garantie légaux accordés par le revendeur).
Au cours de cette période de garantie, nous supprimons tous les vices provenant d'un défaut de matériau ou d'un
défaut de fabrication en réparant ou remplaçant gratuitement l'appareil, selon notre appréciation. Sont exclus de
la garantie : les dommages dus à une utilisation incorrecte de l'appareil, l'usure normale et les défauts qui n'ont
qu'une incidence négligeable sur la valeur ou l'utilisabilité de l'appareil. Vous perdez tout droit à la garantie si
l'appareil a été manipulé par des personnes n'y étant pas autorisées ou si des pièces de rechange autres que les
pièces originales Therm-ic ont été utilisées.
