hydraulic oil and lubricating oil are harmful to health if they are absorbed by the skin or
swallowed.
• avoid direct contact and wash affected skin immediately with soap and water.
• seek immediate medical attention if a lubricant is swallowed or gets in your eyes.
Minimal care will ensure your car jack remains functional for years.
• Check the motorcycle lift for damage, loose screws, oil loss and a safe operating condi-
tion before each use.
• Clean the motorcycle lift with a dry cloth after every use.
• If necessary, provide the joints and the wheel hub with some universal lubricating oil so
that they maintain their functionality.
• Be sure the data on the nameplate is always visible and legible.

• Check the functioning of all parts.
• Check that all screws are tight
• Check the oil level of the hydraulic pump.
approved hydraulic oil
Do not use any other fluids than high quality hydraulic oil. other fluids could damage the
hydraulic jack or result in dangerous malfunctions.
only add oil of the following types:
• Quality hydraulic oil Type hLP
Checking the oil level
1. Dismantle the hydraulic jack (14) (see section "Dismantling the hydraulic jack").
2. Clean the hydraulic jack with a cloth to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulics.
3. Place the hydraulic jack on a rag to catch leaking hydraulic oil.
4. remove the fill plug (20).
5. Check the oil level: The oil level should reach the bottom edge of the fill port.
6. If necessary, add hydraulic oil.
7. replace the fill plug.
8. reassemble the hydraulic jack (14) (see section "assembling the hydraulic jack").
The hydraulic lift does not need to be bled after checking the oil level.
