This product complies with EU Directive 2002/96/EC.
The symbol
on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product may not be
treated as household waste.
Instead it shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic equipment. Alternatively, it may be taken back to the shop at the time a new
equivalent product is purchased.
The user is responsible for the end-of-life disposal treatment by taking the device to the appro-
priate collection point. Failure to comply with this provision shall be punished according to law
in force.
By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative con-
sequences for the environment and human health, and favour the recycling of the materials the
appliance is made of.

Solution
Wait for the coffee switch to be
illuminated.
Fill the tank with water.
See "Shortage of Water" section.
Insert the filter without a cartridge,
press the coffee switch and dispen-
se hot water for a few seconds.
Always use milk at fridge
temperature.
Clean the steam spout and the milk
frother using a damp cloth.
